Who we are

Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discounts shown at checkout. Import duties and local taxes are not included and may be charged on delivery. We may correct an obvious error in a price or description even after an order is placed; if we do, we will contact you and refund you if you no longer want the order.

Orders

Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or an item is unavailable; if we cancel, you get a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and your rights

Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel within 14 days if you live in the UK or EU.

Product use

The measuring cup is for food preparation. Wash it before first use and keep it away from heat sources and appliances it is not made for.

Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for use of the product outside these instructions. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
