Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MeasureScoop order. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

Your legal right to cancel

If you live in the UK or the EU you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to that right.

How to start a return

Email team@serpproxies.com with your order number and a short note. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your cup arrived faulty, broken or not as described, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. You don't need to send it back.

Changed your mind

Items should come back clean and complete. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Once the return arrives we refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days.

Parcels that come back to us

If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or it was never collected, we refund the product price but not the shipping cost.
